We are GoodHope Motors (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Bangladesh with our office at 2 R. K. Mission Road, Motijheel, Dhaka 1203.
We operate the website https://goodhopemotors.com/ (the “Site”), the mobile application __________ (the “App”), and other related products and services that refer to or link these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (together, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms form a binding agreement between you (whether as an individual or on behalf of a company) and GoodHope Motors regarding your use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES AND STOP USING THEM IMMEDIATELY.
Additional terms or documents posted on the Services from time to time are also part of this agreement. We may update or change these Legal Terms at any time for any reason.
We will notify you of changes by updating the “Last updated” date. You agree that you do not need a separate notice for each change. It is your responsibility to review these Legal Terms regularly. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
The Services are intended only for users who are 18 years or older. Anyone under 18 is not allowed to use or register for the Services.
We suggest you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.
1. OUR SERVICES
The information provided through the Services is not meant to be shared with or used by anyone in any country or region where doing so would break the law or require us to register with local authorities.
If you choose to access the Services from outside our approved areas, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for following any local laws that apply to you.

The Content and Marks are provided through the Services “AS IS” and are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

We reserve all rights not explicitly granted to you in these Legal Terms.
If you violate these intellectual property rights, you seriously breach these Legal Terms, and we will immediately end your access to the Services.

Submissions: If you send us any questions, ideas, feedback, or other messages about the Services (“Submissions”), you agree that we own all the rights to these Submissions. We can use and share them in any legal way, for business or other purposes, without giving you credit or payment.
You are responsible for what you post or upload: When you send us Submissions through our Services, you agree that:
- You have read and agree with our “PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES” and you will not post anything illegal, harmful, hateful, bullying, abusive, false, or misleading.
- You give up any moral rights to your Submissions as allowed by law.
- Your Submissions are your own work or you have permission to share them. You also give us full rights to use your Submissions.
- Your Submissions are not confidential.
You are completely responsible for what you submit. If you break these rules, someone else’s rights, or the law, you agree to pay us for any problems or losses we face because of it.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).
4. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Services. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept these payment methods:

You agree to give us correct and complete information when you buy something. You also agree to keep your account and payment details updated, like your email, payment method, and card expiry date, so we can finish your orders and contact you if needed. We will add sales tax when required. Prices can change anytime. All payments must be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
You agree to pay the price shown at the time you buy, including any shipping fees. You allow us to charge your payment method when you place your order. If there are any pricing mistakes, we can fix them even after you pay.
We can refuse any order. We may also limit or cancel how many items one person or household can buy. This includes orders made using the same account, payment method, or address. We may stop orders if we think they come from dealers or resellers.
6. RETURN POLICY
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. You may use the Services only for commercial endeavors that we specifically endorse or approve.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein.
- Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
- Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
- Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Services.
- Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”).
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services.
- Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
- Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services.
- Copy or adapt the Services’ software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
- Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services.
- Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services, or use or launch any unauthorized script or other software.
- Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.
- Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
- Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
- Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
8. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services does not offer users to submit or post content.
9. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
You and Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings).
By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
10. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
We provide areas on the Services where you can leave reviews or ratings. When you post a review, you must follow these rules:
- you must have firsthand experience with the person or entity you are reviewing;
- you must avoid offensive profanity or abusive, racist, offensive, or hateful language;
- you must not include discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability;
- you must not mention illegal activities;
- if you post negative reviews, you must not be affiliated with competitors;
- you must not make conclusions about the legality of conduct;
- you must not post false or misleading statements; and
- you must not organize campaigns encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.
We may accept, reject, or remove reviews in our sole discretion. We have absolutely no obligation to screen reviews or to delete reviews, even if anyone considers reviews objectionable or inaccurate. Reviews are not endorsed by us, and do not necessarily represent our opinions or the views of any of our affiliates or partners. We do not assume liability for any review or for any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from any review. By posting a review, you hereby grant to us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, assignable, and sublicensable right and license to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit by any means, display, perform, and/or distribute all content relating to review.
11. MOBILE APPLICATION USE LICENSE
Use License
If you access the Services via the App, then we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, and to access and use the App on such devices strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile application license contained in these Legal Terms. You shall not:
- except as permitted by applicable law, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App;
- make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the App;
- violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the App;
- remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by us or the licensors of the App;
- use the App for any revenue-generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended;
- make the App available over a network or other environment permitting access or use by multiple devices or users at the same time;
- use the App for creating a product, service, or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for the App;
- use the App to send automated queries to any website or to send any unsolicited commercial email; or
- use any proprietary information or any of our interfaces or our other intellectual property in the design, development, manufacture, licensing, or distribution of any applications, accessories, or devices for use with the App.
Apple and Android Devices
When you download and use our App from the Apple App Store or Google Play (each referred to as an “App Distributor”), the following terms apply:
- License: You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the App on a device that runs either Apple iOS or Android, as applicable. Your use must comply with the App Distributor’s terms of service.
- Support and Maintenance: We are responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App, as stated in these Legal Terms or as required by law. You acknowledge that the App Distributors are not responsible for offering any support or maintenance services for the App.
- Warranty Issues: If the App does not meet any warranty standards, you may contact the App Distributor. In accordance with its terms, it may offer a refund of the purchase price, if any. Beyond that, to the extent permitted by law, the App Distributor has no further warranty obligations.
- Legal Compliance: You confirm that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted individuals.
- Third-Party Terms: You must comply with any relevant third-party terms of use when using the App. For example, if you’re using a VoIP app, make sure it doesn’t violate your wireless service agreement.
- Third-Party Rights: You agree that each App Distributor is a third-party beneficiary of this license agreement. They have the right (and are considered to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you.
12. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We have the right, but not the duty, to do the following:
- Check the Services to see if anyone is breaking these rules.
- Take legal action against anyone who breaks the law or these rules. This may include reporting them to the police.
- Block or limit access to any of your posts or content if we think it’s necessary.
- Remove or turn off any files or content that are too big or cause problems for our system, without warning you.
- Manage the Services in a way that protects our rights and helps everything work properly.
13. PRIVACY POLICY

Our Services are based in Bangladesh. If you use the Services from another country that has different data laws, you agree that your data will be sent to and handled in Bangladesh.
14. TERM AND TERMINATION
These rules stay in effect as long as you use our Services.
We can, at any time and for any reason (or no reason at all), stop you from using the Services. This includes blocking your IP address, especially if you break any of these rules or any laws. We don’t have to give you notice or take any responsibility for doing this. We may also remove any content you’ve posted, whenever we choose, without warning.
If we block or delete your account, you cannot make a new one. You can’t use your own name, someone else’s name, or a fake name. This rule applies even if you say you are acting for someone else.
We can also take legal action against you if needed. This can include civil or criminal action, or asking the court to stop you from doing something.
15. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We may change, update, or remove any part of the Services whenever we want and for any reason, without notifying you first. We are not required to keep the information on the Services up to date. We can also pause or stop all or part of the Services at any time without giving notice. We won’t be responsible if these changes, price updates, or service interruptions cause you any problems or losses.
We cannot guarantee that the Services will always work without issues. Sometimes technical problems or maintenance may cause delays or interruptions. We can modify, pause, or end the Services at any time without warning. You agree that we are not responsible if you can’t use the Services during these times or if the Services are discontinued.
We are not obligated to continue supporting, fixing, or updating the Services.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These rules follow the laws of Bangladesh. If there is any problem or disagreement about these rules, GoodHope Motors and you agree that only the courts in Bangladesh can decide on it.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You agree that any disagreement about these rules will be handled by the courts in Bangladesh.
GoodHope Motors also has the right to take legal action in the country where you live, or if you’re using this for business, in the country where your main office is.
18. CORRECTIONS
Sometimes, the information on our Services might have spelling mistakes, wrong details, missing info, or incorrect prices and availability. We can fix these mistakes or update the information at any time, without telling you first.
19. DISCLAIMER
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” You agree to use the services at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties—express or implied—about the services or your use of them. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the content on the services, or on any linked websites or apps, is accurate or complete. We are not responsible for:
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content and materials,
- Any personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the services,
- Unauthorized access to our secure servers or any personal or financial information stored there,
- Any interruption or failure in service transmission,
- Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or harmful software that may be transmitted through the services by third parties,
- Any errors or omissions in content, or
- Any loss or damage caused by using content posted or shared through the services.
We do not guarantee, endorse, or take responsibility for any products or services offered by third parties through our services, linked websites, or advertisements. We are not involved in, nor do we monitor, any transactions between you and these third-party providers. As with any purchase made anywhere else, please use your best judgment and exercise caution.
20. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We, including our team, workers, or partners, are not responsible for any kind of loss or damage you or anyone else may face from using our Services. This includes things like losing money, data, or profits—even if you told us it might happen.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to protect, defend, and keep us safe from any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or demands made by others. This includes covering reasonable attorney fees and costs. This protection also extends to our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees. This applies if the claim arises from or is related to:
- use of the Services;
- breach of these Legal Terms;
- any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms;
- your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or
- any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Services with whom you connected via the Services.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims.
We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding that is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
22. USER DATA
We may store certain data you send to or generate through the Services to help manage and improve performance. While we perform regular backups, you’re solely responsible for your own data. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of such data, and you waive any claims against us related to it.
23. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
When you visit our website, send us emails, or fill out online forms, you are using electronic communication. By doing this, you agree to receive messages from us electronically. This includes emails and messages through our website. You also agree that these messages meet any legal rules that require written communication.
You agree to use electronic signatures, electronic contracts, and electronic records. You also agree to get notices, policies, and transaction records from us in electronic form. These records may be created or completed by us or through our website.

You agree not to hold it against us that we wrote these Terms. You also give up any claims you might have based on the fact that these Terms are in electronic form or not physically signed.
